
Every great project is born from a dream. Whether it's an individual or collective dream. And in this case, it was collective.

The initial idea was to create bottled drinks that could bring the Skye atmosphere to people's homes - with all the security that the pandemic required - but we went further. Our bar chef, Vicente de Paulo, created the recipes — new and redesigned the most requested ones — we produced, bottled and sold; but something was missing.
Unique is an architectural project that emanates art. It's impossible to get past him unscathed. It is a space of sensations, textures, and emotions. Oh, then we discovered what was missing: the pinch of art, after all, we are like that.
The artist's choice to start the project was unanimous. We needed an urban, cosmopolitan poet, just like Unique; just like Skye.
Born in São Paulo, Guilherme Kramer has been using drawing as his main form of expression since childhood. His greatest inspiration comes from urban and rural journeys, in which he lets himself be lost to acquire other states of consciousness. This exploration of the city and its shores fuels the artist's creative process, who portrays detailed faces and landscapes using different techniques, including ink on paper, oil on canvas and large spray murals.
The creation process on Skye was no different. Immersive. Intuitive. Innovative. Deep. A unique encounter. From the soul and with soul. From the window and through the window. From meetings to tastings and lengthy conversations via WhatsApp, each stage was carefully thought out and planned.
And, as requested by the project, it was on a bar table that the creations were presented, one by one, with all the passion that Kramer represents. In fact, his last name should be Guilherme Paixão; passion for the city, for projects, for life.
All this sharing and exchange resulted in a collection consisting of nine drinks, six of which have already been released and a special edition coming soon.
