We invest in automation, more efficient rooms, and prioritize local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint.
Our amenities bear the “I'm Green” seal, made from sugar cane, helping to capture CO₂.


We offer vegan and vegetarian options on more than 50% of the menu, contributing to sustainability and animal welfare.

100% of the ingredients used in the recipe come from excellent regional or Brazilian producers, avoiding as much as possible the emission of carbon into the atmosphere from the movement of products.
Aware of the mission of sustainable development and seeking to be increasingly in tune with environmental policies, Hotel Unique is committed to using - in all preparations - only eggs from chickens free from confinement in cages and pig protein from mother sows free of gestation cells, being the pioneer in the segment to assume the commitment to animal welfare of pigs.
The Hotel supports the biodiversity conservation project and ecosystem of Mandaçaia Mbee Bees, which are responsible for pollination and essential for the preservation of Brazilian forests and food production.
We use LED lamps and automation systems for remote control of lights and temperature, and the hotel's architecture favors the use of natural light.

We monitor, record, and work with reduction targets.
We plan our menus to avoid waste, using ingredients in their entirety.
From coffee capsules to cooking oil, everything is responsibly designed.
We invest in hygiene product dispensers, reusable bottles at the restaurant, and replace disposable ones with sustainable options.
We use the non-recyclable waste for the production of biofuel through the partner company Multi.
Part of our trousseau is reused in bazaars or transformed into new products, such as pet items.


We have the seal Green Key, which recognizes our sustainable practices and social responsibility.
We promote events and training to raise awareness and empower our employees about sustainability.

In 2019, the diversity council was created to discuss the topic and create good practice policies with representatives from different areas.
