Created by Ruy Ohtake, the indoor pools form the blue, green and yellow of the Brazilian flag. With an x-m stripe, it is excellent for a relaxed swim that can be combined with training at the Fitness Center.
If you want to relax after the sauna, a water slide takes you straight to a dive in colorful, air-conditioned waters.
The concrete sofa in the pool is an invitation for those who want to receive a massage in the water. Don't even think and enjoy. It's that Unique way of not taking yourself so seriously.
The dry and steam saunas, integrated with the pools, provide access to the changing rooms, where visitors are provided with towels, robes, slippers and bath amenities.
The saunas are open Monday to Sunday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
